Sendmyorders being an online order processing portal collects and stores the information provided by its customers. The data which we stores includes the registration details of our customers, the Order form related details and the reports provided by the distributors. We use this information to handle the ordering process, assist product delivery by the distributors, enabling the order import facilities, communicate with customers about orders, product search,schemes and promotional offers, update our records and generally maintain your accounts with us.


Here are the types of information we gather.

A. AccountInformation: The registration details of the customers will be stored by us for managing the user accounts. The account information gathering is from two sources a) the registration information provided by the customer while creating the account b) the information about the retailers provided by the distributors, from their database after signing in. The information provided by the distributors about the retailers will be used for the purpose of placing orders for them by the salesman. All the information collected from the distributors about the retailers will be non confidential and general details.

B. Order form related data: For placing orders by the retailers the distributors have to expose their online order form, which intern can be accessed by the retailers for knowing the product detailsof the distributor and for placing the orders. The Order form details collected and stored will be with the signed consent of the distributor at the time of registration.

C. Report access service: for the distributors to provide online reports to their salesmen, they have to manually upload the contents they need. The information will be stored as such by us without any alterations.

D. User generated data: this will be the orders generated by the users and it will be stored in the server for a particular time period.

E. The invoice uploaded by the distributors: the invoice for the customers uploaded by the distributors will be stored in the server for a particular time period.

F. External Purchase order: Apart from the orders generated inside, purchase orders can be uploaded in PDF & JPEG format by the retailers and will be stored in the server for a particular time period.

Sendmyorders is only a networking portal between the retailers and the wholesalers. Sendmyorders is not liable on the business involved and we recommend the users to strictly adhere to all the applicable laws while carrying out their business. Sendmyorders in any means is not involving in any of the selling process otherthan collecting the orders from the customer and delivering it to the distributors. Billing, packing, Invoicing, product delivery etc. are carried out by the distributors at their end, with the help of third party billing software and they have the rights to change, modify or delete the contents of the order if and when required.

Information about our customers is an important part of our business and we are not in the business of selling it to others.
